Volunteer Opportunities

We have various opportunities to assist animals in need – some are seasonal and some are available year round.  We will be adding new volunteer opportunities periodically to this page.  For more information, please follow the links below:

Operation Catnip  Operation Catnip offers free spay/neuter and vaccines for unowned free-roaming community cats from Alachua County, Florida. Our clinics are run entirely by volunteers (veterinarians, vet technicians and other trained volunteers.)

Veterinary Community Outreach Program:  Volunteer positions are ideal for pre-veterinary students or anyone seeking to gain more experience in a veterinary surgical clinic environment.

UF Small Animal Hospital A variety of volunteer opportunities are available for those seeking more experience in the veterinary medical field.
