For Faculty

Whether you’re in need of an approved logo for a presentation, guidance relating to a media inquiry or have a story idea you’d like us to explore, the college’s communications office is here to help! Below is general information about some of the resources we offer or can help facilitate. We do urge faculty to keep their profiles current in the UF Health directory and, when possible, to obtain a professional head shot through the UF Health Creative Services studio.

Media inquiries

Faculty who have been contacted by members of the media are asked to forward such inquiries to our office. We can assist in facilitating interviews and can provide assistance in preparation or other guidance relating to media interviews.

Faculty & staff photos

Professional photos are recommended for faculty and key staff. These photos should be shared with communications for use in various ways. Free, professional photos are available to faculty, house officers & staff.

UF Health Directory

Your UF Health Web Directory profile is a comprehensive profile with various customizable fields such as: accomplishments, board certifications, clinical profile, research profile and more. We encourage faculty to keep their profiles updated.
