The University of Florida is actively seeking applicants for a new UF College of Veterinary Medicine dean. More information about the position is available on the search website. A national search commenced in June. A story announcing the search and its committee members is here.

Ranked ninth among veterinary colleges nationwide by US News and World Report, the college is known for its innovative research programs and initiatives, as well as for its expertise in comparative medicine, immunology and neurological disease, as well as for the cutting edge patient care offered through the UF Veterinary Hospitals. In a series of recent videos, we captured meaningful snapshots of our overall identity, as well as our missions of teaching, education, patient care. Those four videos are available here.

In addition, we created several videos as visual snapshots of the work taking place here at the college every day. These videos focus on areas ranging from dairy cattle research to cutting edge CRISPR technology, to comparative medicine, aquatic pathology and career paths in biomedical research.
