Information for Course Coordinators and Teaching Faculty

Congratulations on your appointment as course coordinator or teaching faculty member. This document has been developed to provide key information valuable to you as a member of our teaching faculty. First, we would like to introduce to you the college's Office for Students and Instruction; this is the college office responsible to assist you with your professional teaching responsibilities.

Office for Students and Instruction

The office is comprised of the following six individuals:
  Dr. Thomas W. Vickroy    Interim Associate Dean
  Dr. Jim Himes     Professor Emeritus
  Ms. Dot McColskey    Administrative Assistant
  Ms. Tonie Henry    Registrar Assistant
  Ms. Erin Sanetz    Senior Secretary
  Ms. Lynnette Chaparro    Senior Secretary

Within our office, your key contact is Ms. Dot McColskey. Her direct phone extension is 5360.

Dot's responsibilities include:
  -  Scheduling the DVM degree curriculum
  -  Reserving classroom facilities for DVM educational instruction
  -  Coordinating course book and equipment lists
  -  Receiving and processing student grades for submission to the Office of the University Registrar
  -  Coordinating department personnel to collect student evaluations of faculty teaching
