The Clinical Microbiology, Parasitology and Serology service offers a wide range of diagnostic services for hospital patients as well as referral clients from all across the nation.
The Anatomic Pathology Service provides laboratory medical services in
- necropsy
- pathology
- surgical pathology of common domestic and companion animals
- dermatopathology
- exotic animal pathology
- laboratory animal pathology
Necropsy and surgical pathology accessions are accepted from the Veterinary Medical Center as well as from outside referring veterinarians throughout the United States. Pathology faculty are board certified by the American College of Veterinary Pathologists.
