UF CVM Alumni Receptions & Events

In the coming months, there are several scientific conferences and we will list all the details for alumni reception at those conferences. In the meantime, mark your calendars.

Florida Veterinary Medical Association: Schedule for May 4-6, 2012 in Tampa, Florida!

American Veterinary Medical Association: Scheduled for August 4-7, 2012 in San Diego, California!

TEAM Vet Med: Team VetMed once again challenges its members to ride the Horse Farm Hundred, an exciting 100-mile bicycle ride through beautiful Ocala horse farm country.  The ride is dedicated to Kevin Anderson, PHD, professor and TVM faculty advisor, who led Team VetMed for many years. This ride is hosted in October of every year.

CVM Homecoming Tailgate: Our annual Homecoming Tailgate is scheduled for November 10, 2012. Additional information here.

American Association of Equine Practitioners: We had a great alumni reception is scheduled for December 1-5, 2012 in Anaheim, California!

North American Veterinary Conference: The North American Veterinary Conference was January 15-19, 2011. UF CVM will hosted an alumni reception on Sunday, January 15 at the World Center Marriott hotel, and the turn out was great. For photo’s from NAVC 2012 click here.

Western Veterinary Conference:  The Western Veterinary Conference, Alumni reception in Las Vegas had great turnout, thanks for coming out! For pictures of the gathering be sure to check out our Alumni Photo Gallery page.

Vet Med Running: The Team Vet Med Running group is designed to facilitate communication between students, faculty, staff and friends with the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine.  Our marquee event was the Five Points of Life Marathon Relay on February 18 & 19. Additional information available here.

Silver Society- Class of 1987 Reunion Celebration: This event has been cancelled.
